Cornerstone Community Services is an NDIS Approved Service Provider that
supports people with learning and physical disabilities as well as autism to
have more choice and greater control over their lives. Our wealth of
experience in providing individualised support packages including Supported
Independent Living models, community outreach, private residential care and
respite breaks continues to grow year on year.
By working in partnership with individuals, their support networks and with
sector-leading bodies, we seek innovative ways to ensure that the people we
support have more choice and a real voice in how they live their lives.
