Cornerstone Community Services, we care about people. This approach is at 

the cornerstone of all we do. We value people with a ‘can do’ attitude as 

well  as  skilled  communicators  who  really  listen  to  the  participants  we 

support and their co-workers. We embrace diversity, welcoming staff from all 

backgrounds  and  walks  of  life  who  bring  positive  mindsets  and  creative 

thinking into their working environments for the benefit of the individuals 

we support.

Our staff are open, honest and respect the choices that the people we support 

make. We firmly believe that disabilities are no barrier to someone achieving 

their dreams and reaching their full potential. That is why it is important 

our staff stand up for the rights of the people we support and ensure that 

their voices and opinions are not only heard but are fully actioned.

We recognise that the best ideas often come from those who have daily
