Our Approach

At Cornerstone Community Services, we are committed to providing excellent 

social/community support and care. Utilising systems and processes, which 

are both agile and robust, we continue to meet the needs and aspirations of 

the participants we support through our innovative, person-centred approach. 

We provide practical support to individuals with disability.  Our person-

centred approach treat people with dignity and respect. We focus on how to 

make the most impact and achieve the best outcome for our clients by ensuring 

everyone has a fair chance and by promoting participants’ choices.

Working locally with the people we support, their families and wider support 

networks,  in  partnership  with  NDIS  and  sector-leading  bodies,  we  aim  to 

ensure that the people we support have a real voice and control in their 

lives whilst promoting safe and sustainable environments as well as embracing 

diversity.
