Cornerstone Community Services provides a range of services to individuals with a variety of special needs including learning and physical disabilities, individuals with contacts with the criminal justice system, autism and dementia as well as persons with complex behaviours.
Our “Inclusivity Policy” ensures that the supports we offer are available to participants of diverse ages and backgrounds such as children, young people, adults, older people, LGBTIQ and ethnic diverse communities to attain their goals. Our care and support are also accessible to participants from cultural and religiously diverse backgrounds, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders.
We also support forensic clients to re-integrate in the community. Forensic supports we provide include assistance with adhering to community corrections and treatment orders as well as any others that help clients obey the conditions of their release so as to mitigate against the risk of re-offending.
